Submitting a review should automatically reassign the PR creator #1656

We use assignment for all PRs, and also reviews. It's very easy to finish a review and forget to change the assignment. The PR creator then looks down the list of PRs for what to work on but their PR is still assigned to the reviewer.

I guess this should be optional via a checkbox when submitting a review.

I guess the corollary might also be useful: when committing to a PR to resolve a review the committer/resolver should be prompted to reassign the PR to the reviewer.

Currently PR assignment and reviews seems somewhat perpendicular to one another.

We actually have an open issue to track interest in this feature and I will add your to the list of customers interested in this capability. I can't say whether the feature will be implemented, but if it is, we will document it in our release notes. My apologies for any inconveniences this may cause.
