Allow wiki content to be converted to PDF content. #1698

Github wiki must allow users to generate dynamic PDF files from the documentation to be accessed offline.

(I know that this isn't affiliated to Github but for want of a better place to put this issue...)

Thanks for the link to the StackOverflow post. I'm not interested in this being done offline. Is this not doable by Github?

What happens to all the issues raised here? Are they even looked at by Github?
