'Close' at first glance looks like 'cancel' when commenting on issues and pull requests #173

I've had this one bite me, and seen it bite a few other people. It'd be nice to have some kind of visual heads up that this isn't the case, as well as an actual cancel button.

+1. This has caused several closed / reopened PRs on our project as well.
