@SmartManoj - good question. I was wondering the same thing. I no longer see this Revert to Gravatar button:

revert to gravatar

I'm pretty sure they dropped Gravatar support in favor of using GitHub Identicons as a fallback instead.

However, I cannot confirm this. I know my Gravatar works elsewhere (like on GitLab), but it's not reflected on GitHub, which defaults to the Identicon.
