"Files changed" not cleared when navigating to Code / Issues / Pull requests #2024

To reproduce

  1. access https://github.com/racket/racket/compare/v8.1...v8.2
  2. click "Files changed"
  3. click "Code" or "Issues" or "Pull requests" in the nav
  4. Aside from the normal contents of the page, the previous diff should still be visible
