Add customized tags to my starred projects #250

Users may have quite a lot of starred projects, and it might be inconvenient to browse all of the starred project to find the one they want. So if we can add tags or categorize the starred repos that will be much easier. It's true that we can use search feature, but we may forget the name or can not find the proper keyword.

Yes. I agree with @hustcer. It will be great if it's categorize based on language or intended platform to be used on. eg. bash, ruby app, iOS project, Android, etc.

:+1: Yea I'm starting to lose track of useful projects because they're not really searchable by a tagging system - just language category... which I think is a step up but I ended up with most of the projects I starred to belong to one or more languages anyways lol
