Go to top button on pull request file review page. #367

There is no way to easily go to top on pull request file review page. I have to scroll to top or go back to merge the pull request after review.

Usually when I'm at the bottom of huge page and want to go back to the top, I press "s". This shortcut triggers the focus on the search field in the header but also has the nice side effect to scroll the viewport to the top.

Don't you have a home key or other shortcut to scroll to the top of the page instantly? What OS are you on?

can this issue be closed since it should be handled OS side?
