Swap base and compare in PR interface #544

When creating a pull request, it would be nice to be able to swap the base and compare dropdowns in one click. Right now, it takes

For example, this icon could be a link:

This would simply change the page URL from compare/develop...master to compare/master...develop.

Thanks for writing in with this feature request! I can see how quickly swapping the base and compare branches would be useful and I've made a note of this for the team to consider when making improvements.

I can't promise when/if a feature like this can be implemented, but we really appreciate the request on how we can make GitHub work better for you!
