The F-Droid release is merged and i wanted to spice the README up a bit. I've heard it will take a few days for the App to appear in the store, i will mark this PR as ready once it does. closes #1

Oh I just realised after merging that of course the link to f-droid is missing. I reverted and then we can add it once we have it
