*****get rid of frontend_resources/basestyle.css and move to assets/*name*.css #14

According to the Dash documentation, we should have all css files under assets. currently there are in different folders which would indicate why it might now be working. it would also be hood practice to have MULTIPLE css files that each pertain to a single page or "container" as used in our program.

Looking at this now...may need some help, but reading through this. Not a genius at CSS, but will give it a go
