Pull in changes to extract additional information from the PanelApp and VaraintValidator APIs, and ended API interacting modules to be more PEP8 compliant.

Merge conflict in main.py resolved as both sets of code necessary - one for error handling of status codes from the API requests and one for gathering user input for Bed file generation.
