indicate when local repo is ahead (push possible) #65

It is indicated revs column ↖ 0 ↘ 0 which first one tells the commits haven't pushed (ahead) and second one indicates number of commits that have not merged into current branch.

Also, the color of the commits in the focus tells this:

Blue: Aheads
Yellow: Behinds
Cyan: Even
