addTimeBlockClickHandler should pass mouse location. #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
This is more of a feature request. 
When addTimeBlockClickHandler is fired, the mouse location is lost. This makes 
it hard to guess where to popup the "Add meeting" dialog.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No absoulte mouse position is passed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.92
