能否为 WallProxy 生成一个列表？ #59

forbid - wallproxy里使用的去广告站点黑名单forbid.ini - Google 
Project Hosting - https://code.google.com/p/forbid/

程序准备是充分了，但规则都不完美。
能为其做一份么？
其实就把现有强效过滤规则的隐藏规则去掉就行了……

白名单需不需要去掉？
我现在是不去掉的，生成了一个：https://adfiltering-rules.googlecod
e.com/svn/trunk/lastest/rules_for_wallproxy.ini

不够理想。
我使用http://www.iwovo.com/forbid.ini和https://adfiltering-rules.googlecode.
com/svn/trunk/lastest/rules_for_wallproxy.ini一起用，效果不错。
