how do i submit the commands from the list provided? after which step (in version 0.3.0) how di i execute the plugin or activate AutoGPT to use the plugin

would you please give an exmaple if i want AutoGPT to buy continually 50$ worth of bitcoin each time bitcoin price reach certain level?
