GET /thing/{identifier} has "full" and "format" parameters that kind of do the same thing.

I believe the "full" parameter can be removed since it is replaced by the "format=full" parameter.
Not sure if there are dependencies on the "full" parameter anywhere, but those should be updated to use the format option.
