version 0.1. Based on Smithsonian mapping by Yuxuan Zhou (Joe) and Quan Gan (Matthew). SampledFeature definitions should be (to degree possible) independent of the sampling intention.

e.g. Distinguishing sampling a water body to sample the containing biome vs sampling the water (e.g. for chem) creates confusion, and doesn't seem like a useful distinction.

Solution suggested is to remove the biological environments as sampled feature. Identifying bio samples would be based on specimenType and materialType. This simplifies the SampledFeature vocabulary.
