LG 2-3: Is "Four Ears" just an alias or a different model? (also: missing references to the author) #11

AFAIK, "Four Ears" is just another name for the “Communication Square” or “Four Sides of Message” model.

It appears as a separate point in the list so that it looks as if it was another model.

In my POV, the first two points should be merged into one model.

I am also missing references to the work of Friedemann Schulz von Thun, i.e. https://www.schulz-von-thun.de/die-modelle/das-kommunikationsquadrat https://www.schulz-von-thun.de/die-modelle/das-innere-team
