The course participants understand that an OHS replaces the domain translation layers of the clients.
I don't think so. There are OHSes that are terrible to use and therefore need an ACL to be set up "against them".
My POV: When one team decides to create an OHS, the other teams can decide whether they want to go Conformist or ACL.
