Update 02-curriculum-structure-and-chronological-breakdown.adoc

After some discussion (refer to Issue #24), I updated the learning times for the different chapters. I took the recommended presentation times, added buffers for exercises, discussions, etc.

The content of this curriculum changed so much from the last version, I suggest we start with these estimates and update them, if necessary, once we gain experience with the new curriculum.
