Explicitly mention demarcations to other CPSA-A curricula

Feedback by MartinL: FLEX touches multiple topics which are also covered in other CPSA-A curricula. The FLEX curriculum should explicitly mention these connection points and be restrictive in what is covered in FLEX because the curriculum is already quite packed for a 3 days training.
