LG 01-06: Remove redundant references #586

[Felleisen+2014] [Sperber+Klaeren] are listed twice, keep them only in "References"

IMHO the new glossary entries do a good job to explain what is meant by the terms in this context, whereas the book references are too general for that. This is why I suggest to remove them in the context of "understand the difference between products and sums in data modelling". Looking forward to the publication of the blog post by @skogsbaer and @mikesperber, should reference this once it's available.
