OK, I guess there is a problem with special characters in the token definitions in the .travis.yml:

2019-10-06 11_33_50-curriculum-improve_ travis yml at 006-initial-travis-ci-build · isaqb-org_curric

This substring also occurs in the error message from TravisCI:

2019-10-06 11_33_57-Build #7 - isaqb-org_curriculum-improve - Travis CI

I would suggest to escape the string with a double quote " as mentioned in https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/encryption-keys/
