add more current references #44

Got rid of "Paul Clements, Rick Kazman, Mark Klein: Evaluating Software Architectures Methods and Case Studies" and replaced it with "Jens Knodel, Matthias Naab: Pragmatic Evaluation of Software Architectures"

I also added some recent books on software modernization.

OK, I added a solution to this issues. Now, reference material in German is just listet in the German version. English reference material is listed for both versions.

German version:

English version:
