Migrate the PDF version to AsciiDoc

I've migrated the PDF version from the IMPROVE curriculum to AsciiDoc.

For this, I've copied the contents of the "advanced-template" into this branch and transfered all the content of the PDF version into the given structure.

Minor migration differences:

• In general, I've copied all blocks 1:1 without changing any content
• I left the text blocks with the general information about iSAQB and CPSA-A from the "advanced-template" as is (but this can be also migrated if needed, no problem)
• I didn't use the "98-examples" from the "advanced-template" but copied the generic description from this part into the 6th module block

Further steps:

• I did a page by page comparison between the old and new PDF version. I couldn't find any differences (except the ones mentioned above; but 4-6 eyes see better than 2...)
• Build output for HTML and PDF looks fine, but I cannot setup TravisCI and other things within my fork. Maybe you need to change some parts to get the build running.

regarding TravisCI: Although that's successfully working in the foundation curriculum, I've no idea what magic AlexH performed to make it work... never looked into details... sorry.
