Capitalization of glossary entries is a bit mixed up

We e.g. have

Accessibility Quality Attribute
Architectural Decision
Architecture description
Architecture description element
...

We should stick to the principle "Uppercase in headings: all terms (apart from auxiliary verbs, this and that) are written in Uppercase in headings."
