cover pdf has wrong dimensions #153

Any more details to this? The Glossary PDF is A4, so I had to reduce the cover size as it was way too big. We wanted to get it illustrated by someone else anyway, right?

I adjusted the cover, so that it fits A4, and uses proper fonts.
