Windows still failing. Keeping commented out

I think we're trying to fix something that never worked. Integration tests for windows and and linux are disabled for v4 on the current isar repo. I would keep it like that for now.

Yes, windows and linux are skipped on isar/isar.

But at least Linux works in this PR. Also, it doesnt mean that Windows couldn't be fixed either
