Refreshing to latest sbt, dependencies and scalatest.

Disabled GenJavaDocPlugin to work around https://github.com/isarn/isarn-sketches/issues/17 #todo still one test compile error

there are a lot of changes in this PR that are just indentation changes, can this be cleaned up?
