Error 5078 and 5069 #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Query Wizard login

3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Query Search in SalesForce

What version of the product are you using? Office 2003
On what operating system?  XP
With what Salesforce.com edition? Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
No matter which way I enter my Security Token, before or after my password I 
still get the error. I have downloaded the Connector for Professional.
