Migration from old ISAW tracker:

The @ symbol is being converted to -40 in the url namespace for isaw.nyu.edu and Members aren't managers of their own directories.

I think I would like to see:

Create the user directory on the basis of the corresponding profile URL slug, rather than the userid
Make users owners of their own folders
Migrate old content
Make sure old links redirect (permanent) to the new ones
