deactivate, eliminate dependencies and remove addon: AddThis addon for Plone 1.3.3 #495

This addon is currently active in our 4.3 build, but we ripped it out of the UI long ago IIRC.

Addthis is evil (does it even exist anymore?). In any case, we should completely banish it into outer darkness so no cruft from it appears in our 5.1 build.
