add a new "credit" citation type and hide the old "citation" citation type #297

In order to facilitate clear indications (especially on locations) when a cited work has been used to determine content in Pleiades

As an authenticated Pleiades contributor adding or editing a reference citation, I will see the following values in the "citation type" combo box whose contents should be sorted alphabeticallyt:

"Credit" is the new value here, and is to be associated in our RDF with the corresponding term in the CITO ontology.

The "citation" value MUST NOT be deleted from the vocabulary, since there are many citations that still use it. But we do not want to give users the opportunity to select it now as its on-going use is deprecated.
