Maps not reflecting connections #354

It seems that only the "connection" sub-type of connections appears on a place map - see https://pleiades.stoa.org/places/177302800, where none of the "part of (administrative)" connections are shown.

This may be a manifestation of the fact that we do not have a nuanced algorithm for weighting connections by type in calculating representative point. We will mark this ticket as "blocked" by the ticket for getting a better algorithm for reprPoints (#316) then reassess once that is resolved.
