convert core Plone types from Archetypes to Dexterity #370

Blocker for #374 (upgrade site to Plone 5)

Were any core types schema extended? If so each of those probably deserves its own story.

Per discussion with @cguardia in IRC, schema extender was not used on core types for Pleiades. @skleinfeldt do you think since that's the case that this ticket is ok to estimate as is?
