transformer prime settings problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running ice cream sandwhich
2. Clicking on editable field brings up keyboard
3. In this program no settingsiconandinothers
4.  When it it does appear, clicking it does nothing 
What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
1. Exxpected to be able to change settings

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See top of the app's
Settings menu.) On what phone or tablet?

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your issue. The keyboard should have a 
settings key either on the main keyboard, or on the ?123 / Fn alternate keymap. 
If neither of those work, try via the system settings in the input methods 
section.

Which layout and language are you using?
