Release 1.29 for download

1.Release 1.29 is available for download in Market, but not here.

Please get 1.28rc24 which is the same code as Market 1.29, as indicated by the 
description. I intentionally keep the versions distinct to avoid upgrade issues 
when switching between Market and prerelease versions.
