Would be cool to have a tool that creates a python notebook given a workbook (cohort, vars, plot, etc).

It's user payback! Set up a workbook and get a notebook back.

@Gibbsdavidl have you heard about this: https://amp.pharm.mssm.edu/biojupies/ It's more specific generating notebooks for RNAseq data from GTeX and GEO but the general idea I think?
