  1. Move scripts to bin
  2. Revert command line args on nude_modeling.py
  3. Update README in example to not call nude_modeling.py and to call command from bin
  4. Update main README if needed

  1. python -m IMP.nestor.wrapper_v6 wont work if these scripts are moved to bin/
