all_log_z and logz : variable names have neg prefix. Also the Y axis of plots should be consistent with this.

communicate_finished_proc_and_get_remaining_procs : change the name of this function to something like get_curr_processes_and_terminated_runs since we are no longer communicating inside this function but outside
