Yaml file for description of inputs.

Output error codes: code 11: nan, shuffle 12: which cannot be relaunched. max iterations or neg anal uncertainty. Can still be used, depends on user.

Order of hyperparams if error bars too high.

Error 12: do we use it in our statistics/plotting now? Need to mention in README
Along with maybe a user input in YAML saying which errors can be used for plotting. Set a default.
