Hi, I can't find Phass in the FRinGE packages. Could you please include it.

Phass is an external package for phase unwrapping developed at JPL and is not part of FRInGE. Phass has not been released to the public yet. For now you may just use SNAPHU or other publicly available unwrapping software.
