Separate Notebooks for different yearss #5

This PR creates UNAVCO_2019 and UNAVCO_2020 folders within the Notebooks directory. All existing notebooks from previous years are moved to UNAVCO_2019. UNAVCO_2020 will be updated for the material that will be used in August 2020. Currently only stripmapApp is updated.
