Updated TOPS notebook with

  1. New dataset
  2. New notations
  3. Section for user exercises

Best seen with toc2 jupyter extension for table of contents on the left of the notebook

toc looks good. The exercises don't provide any guidance. Is that the plan or is there another place to look for guidance?

All the exercises essentially involve reading the detailed documentation for topsApp.xml thats already available in the examples/input_files and making relevant changes to topsApp.xml and rerun processing. I can make that clear in the text.
