I replaced the 2018 notebook and docs that were in the UNAVCO_2019 area with the actual 2019 documents.
I added new versions in the UNAVCO_2020 folder, including splitting up the monolithic Principles and Theory notebooks into SAR, InSAR, and Correlation segments. SAR is still in the old slide format, but InSAR and Correlation are completely redone as native notebooks with embedded graphics, with exercises and homework.
I add the MathBasics notebook.
I pushed to my fork, then repulled to a separate area and tested the notebooks, and they all seem to work. So I think it is OK to merge with the master. However perhaps someone should check.
