Can you explain a little more about what you were trying to do when this error occurred? If I understand correctly, this isn't an issue with isce2, but a compilation error while building gfortran. It looks like you are trying to build a conda feedstock?

Oh, it looks like it is saying it expected a 2D input but got something else. Maybe your input data is not valid?

I use this to make .dem file : dem.py -a stitch -b 24 25 117 119 -s 1 -m xml -r -c -n xxx -w xxx -u https://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MEASURES/SRTMGL1.003/2000.02.11/ and the run stackSentinel.py -s /mnt/sar/quanzhou/slc -d /mnt/sar/quanzhou/dem/demLat_N24_N25_Lon_E117_E119.dem -a /mnt/sar/quanzhou/aux -o /mnt/sar/quanzhou/orb -b '24 25 117 119' -W slc to got the runf_iles folder.

Hmm, I am not very familiar with the Sentinel stack but I will try to see if anyone else has run into this issue. Another option since you appear to be using our conda package could be to try again with an older version, to see if this is a regression introduced recently. This is the Open Source version of ISCE.
Some of the workflows depend on a separate licensed package.
To obtain the licensed package, please make a request for ISCE
through the website: https://download.jpl.nasa.gov/ops/request/index.cfm.
Alternatively, if you are a member, or can become a member of WinSAR
you may be able to obtain access to a version of the licensed sofware at
https://winsar.unavco.org/software/isce

I see you are using -u but then the URL you have specified is what I get by default?
