Warning messages of run_06_overlap_resample and run_07_pairs_misreg #259

Dear all,

I'm performing sentinel time series analysis under the guidance of isce2stamps manual. While I got some warning and caution messages during execution of the run_06_overlap_resample and run_07_pairs_misreg files which were generated by "stackSentinel.py -s ../stack -d ../dem/demLat_N34_N37_Lon_E101_E105.dem.wgs84 -m 20200726 -r 4 -z 1 --num_proc4topo 2 -o orbit -a PAUX -b '35.7 35.95 103.175 103.6' -W slc -n '1'". I'm not sure how much impact these issues will have on the results, and I wonder what caused those issues. Could anyone please give me some suggestions, many thanks.

I've been getting similar messages while running refineSecondaryTiming, I'm attempting stripmaptsack (terrasarX) to StaMPS.

stackStripMap.py --slc_directory /home/toni/WCF_TerraSARX_processing/scenes/HS_021/SLC/ \ --dem /home/toni/WCF_TerraSARX_processing/scenes/HS_021/DEM/Hernando_07_FDEM_SW_WGS84_EGM96.dem.wgs84 \ --azimuth_looks 1 \ --range_looks 2 \ --time_threshold 250 \ --baseline_threshold 200 \ --workflow slc \ --unw_method no \ --nofocus \ --zero

Did you figure out what this caution message meant? CAUTION - Requesting very large search window pull in Reference Window Size is 128 sample pixels Number of Search Pixels is 40 sample pixels The rule of thumb is that the search window pull in is at least 5 pixels and is less than the reference window size divided by 5. Suggested Number of Search Pixels is 21 sample pixels

I've been met some similar situation when run_07_pairs_misreg. Besides, there is a hint which is 'e vector 2 error' ,and I don't know what cause it. Can anybody tell me whether this issue will impact the resulets.many thanks.

ZYXSSS commented 2 years ago

I met the same warning. Have you solved it? I ignored the warning and continued to operate in StaMPS. It works normally. I don't know if this will affect me.
