How can change coherence chip dimention #848

Hello I used https://github.com/isce framework/isce2/blob/main/contrib/stack/topsStack/README.md (section 4.4 "stack of correlation") to produce coherences. How to change the dimensions of the coherence chip? (For example, 5 x 15 or 9 x 9). Thank you for your guidance
