How should I manually update Snaphu to the latest released version 2.06 ？

Generally speaking, snaphu was ported from C to C++ for incorporation to isce3 (changing memory allocation, error handling, etc.). The updates would also need to be ported, so it's not just a simple task of dropping in new source files or something.
