If you name a new entry starting with the < symbol the name doesn't get set. So entry names like: <name

Cause problems. However a name like <22 <22> name> Are fine.

Probably an issue with HTML since the sample bad entry names above don't even show up here.

I've made it so if the name contains a < anywhere, it will not allow the entry to be created.
